6. Warranties

D3 Construction LLC stands behind its workmanship. Warranty details, if applicable, will be specified in the project agreement. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Removing personal belongings from work areas

• Ensuring a safe and accessible work environment

8. Liability

D3 Construction LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured. While all necessary precautions are taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages outside the agreed scope of work.
